A very pleasant stay, lovely hairdresser, and the owner is also very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended, therefore five stars. I will definitely go there again. I cannot understand the negative reviews at all.

I was there shortly before the lockdown and got a great haircut. The manager, Ms. Schärf, was very rude and very ungrateful. Thankfully, Mr. Kara Moustafa was very friendly and competent. I felt very comfortable and well looked after. A huge relief for the shop. I'd be happy to come back anytime.

Our whole family has been a customer of Anita's for over 23 years. We've always been very satisfied! I don't understand why some people can write such bad things about the owner. The employees wouldn't have stayed so long if the owner were truly unfriendly! That's why I don't understand the negative reviews. We'll remain loyal to City Hairdresser.

Top-notch hairdresser! The staff are very friendly, courteous, and know what they're doing. Except for a few occasions, I always get my preferred appointment, even if I call the same day. I've been going there for two years now and have been happy for the last two years. Highly recommended!

A very nice hair salon in the heart of Heilsbronn. What I like is that you can come in without an appointment. You might have to plan for a short wait. Another great thing is that there's free parking for visitors in the courtyard behind the building. The staff is always very friendly. I'd be happy to come back.
